Hey all -

I've been working on this game on and off for the past few months while unemployed. After a sort of bloody end to my last job I really wanted to make something silly and low stakes. Years ago I stumbled across the #ClownHusbandry tag on Tumblr and just thought it was the funniest thing I had ever seen and would make a great premise for a game. Around the same time I adopted a dog and was reading a lot of care & training articles which has also had a huge influence on the Clownkeeper's Handbook. It's been a super fun game to make - plucking away at the little pixel portraits of the clowns, doing lots of reading old Clownblr posts for inspiration, and dreaming up all kinds of fun activities to do with your clowns. Anyway, I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. 

Huge thank you to all the folks who joined me while I was developing on Twitch and to my playtesters. Without your feedback this game would have been much less fun both to play and to make.
